Ingredients

Triangles
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tbsp orange zest
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup light/skim milk
1/4 cup of fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup of eggs
¾ cup of Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries (as topping)
2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 176°C. Combine first six ingredients in a bowl to mix. Incorporate the butter or margarine with the dry ingredients until mixture is the size of small peas like a ball.

Combine milk, yogurt, and eggs in a bowl to mix. Add mixture to the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly. Finally, add Craisins ® Original Dried Cranberries.

Spread batter into a circle on cookie sheet for baking. If you like mix brown sugar on the dough. Cut into 8 triangles. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Approximate servings: 8 cookies
